Full Outsourcing Service:
General Terms and Condition

1. AsiaPower Resources will screen and recruit the individuals according to the client’s budget and specification. Only short-listed candidates will be submitted to the client for interview.
2. All employees, being contracted with the client will be legally employed by AsiaPower Resources who will be responsible for the payment of their salaries, fringe benefits etc.
3. Contract period will be valid for one year and can be renewed on a yearly basis.
4. Replacement
4.1. Any employee absent from work shall be replaced within 1 week after being informed by the client’s contact
4.2. The client has the right to request AsiaPower Resources to replace any individual by giving 2 weeks advance written notice AsiaPower Resources will find a replacement as soon as possible.
5. Working Hours
5.1. The working hours are according to the client's rules and regulations.
5.2. Additional working hours are considered as overtime work and liable to overtime payment.
6.Payment
AsiaPower Resources will invoice on the 5th of each month and request payment by 20th-25th of the same month. The overtime payment for the month will be calculated and invoiced in the following month. VAT is additional.
7. Any changes required by the client on the employment status of any individual, apart from those specified in the agreement, must have written consent from AsiaPower Resources.
8. Contracted individuals may be employed on a permanent basis should the client so wish.In such case, a one-time recruitment fee of 20% of thirteen (13) months salary will be charged.
